ABOUT HERVEY BAY
Situated on the south-eastern coast of Queensland, Australia, Hervey Bay is the gateway to K’gari (Fraser Island) , the largest sand island in the world. The Fraser Coast region where Hervey Bay is situated, has varied attractions, the most well known being the coastal drawcards of K’gari (Fraser Island) and Lady Elliot Island and some of the best Whale Watching in the world.
Watch whales and even swim with them in the protected waters between K’gari (Fraser Island) and Hervey Bay. Take a flight to Lady Elliot Island and snorkel or scuba dive at the beginning of the Great Barrier Reef. Accommodation is plentiful along the 10km long esplanade with spectacular water views everywhere.

GETTING THERE:
Domestically you can fly directly into Hervey Bay airport, or it’s an easy 3.5 hours drive north of Brisbane.

Refund and withdrawal policy
If you can no longer participate in the event for any reason, registration transfers and refunds are available in accordance with the below timeframes.
Entry fees are non- refundable and non-transferrable after these dates.
Refund dates
- 75% refundable up until 2 April 2023
- 50% refundable up until 2 June 2023
Refund requests must be submitted to the event team via email info@ultra355.com. All refunds and transfers when processed are final.
If you are unable to attend the event due to COVID-19 border closures your entry will be rolled over to the following year.
